What is CookieDoc?
CookieDoc analyses long documents with AI. You upload a PDF, Office file or image to your library once, then ask questions about it: pull out clauses, specs, deadlines, tables and risks, and keep following up without re-uploading.
How large can a file be?
A single file can be up to 100MB on the free tier, 100MB on Starter, 500MB on Pro and 1GB on Ultra. Files larger than your plan allows can be unlocked individually for one document. If a document exceeds your plan limit, you will be offered that single-document unlock at upload time.
Is there a free tier?
Yes. You can start for free with 2 files of up to 100MB each and a set number of deep answers per file, so you can test the workflow on your own documents before paying.
How much does a plan cost?
Starter is $19/month, Pro is $39/month and Ultra is $79/month. If you only need one large document, you can unlock it on its own for $4.90 (up to 100MB), $9.90 (up to 500MB) or $24 (up to 1GB) without a subscription.
How do I change or cancel a plan?
Contact support and we will help you with plan changes and cancellations. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
